'Is barre fitness a workout that is new to you? This video will introduce you to some of the essential lower body moves while giving you a great workout in the process. We will focus on form, getting you ready to rock all your future barre workouts! All you need is a barre, chair, counter top, or something to help you balance.  Listen to your body, do what feels best for you, and get ready to have some fun, lower body work!
